Someone named Joe something completely messed up my account and then proceeded called me b**** the other day. Needless to say I've changed banks and am steering everyone I know away from pnc.

My experience at this bank and particularly at this branch has been consistently wonderful. I've had accounts with PNC ever since their RBC days, and, since I moved back to Wilmington, I have done all my banking with them. Employees at all the PNC branches near here are, in my experience, friendly and efficient but those at Market Street were greeting me by name by the third visit. They have helped with quite a few bank issues by now and I feel that they are taking good care of me.

Will charge $10 (the last and only time I ever did or will) to cash their own PRINTED not hand written personal checks. That was a while ago but I've heard nothing has changed. The mafia would be a better choice!

Horrible experience with PNC bank as whole and specifically this location. We dealt with someone named Santo who was extremely rude to my wife and acted like he couldn't process a payment on our car loan which is through PNC. He also told us the wrong loan amount due twice and tried to open a checking account in our name. Overall I would suggest choosing a different bank for your banking and loan needs. PNC in Wilmington is horrible.

We are good so far besides the one day when I was trying to cash advance my Check from my netspend card so that I could deposit it in to my account and the guy withdrew the wrong amount and you can only cash advance once per day .... I was not a happy camper that day. Drive to two other banks before I could get all of my money...
