In a word they are great! I recently changed insurance companies, after spending 6 years with a company that provided no service at all, to Kimberly Hatch at Azalea Insurance in Wilmington NC. She bent over backward to help me, answered questions endlessly, came to my office to meet me in person, and just provided superior service! They also answer their phone instead of letting it go to voice mail. Before I found Azalea Insurance, I called various insurance companies in Wilmington and encountered answer machines, agents in training who knew nothing, and people who just couldn't care less and didn't want to be bothered. Call Kimberly at Azalea Insurance. You won't be disappointed!
