Avoid this place like the plague!!! Totally disorganized, phone answering machine does not work, and they will not follow up to support your care! There is no urgency in their urgent care! This place should be closed!

Done signed in was called in and saw Doctor in 10 min all in that time! The Doctor was very kind & sweet .And heard and answer our ? !

I've been coming here for over a year. The wait time is horrible just to have anything done. I understand emergencies happen but I've had to wait over 2 hrs to be seen for something that should take less then 5 mins to do. I've tried coming back at different times it doesn't matter. They are always understaffed. Usually only have a nurse practitioner working & my doctor just quit working here & I wasn't given any notice or reason why. They can't seem to keep their front deck staff for very long either. Every time I come in I see someone new. I'll be looking for another doctor.

Will never go back. Had a uti and the doctor basically told me i had a bacteria infection and to drink cranberry and gave me a prescription to basically azo, no anti biotic. I had to go to my real doctor to be correctly diagnosed and given a real prescription. Also gave urine sample to test what was wrong and they said they would call me in a week. Week went by and MY doctor had to call them to get the results. $120 for nothing.
