I have never had an issue with this office, I loved my experience with my last pregnancy that I am now coming here for my 3rd. the nurses are also so nice and helpful with anything questions and I haven't met a doctor here I didn't like! would recommend this office to friends !

Every single time I have visited the 17th st office, the office staff and nurses have been extremely unprofessional and rude. This last Friday was nothing short of a nightmare. I had gone through a miscarriage just five days before, I was hurting emotionally and physically and the entire appointment seemed like a bad dream. The first time I was called back, I was sent back to the waiting room after they had realized they had used the wrong name. Then, when I was called back a second time, the sonographer led me into a room. She forgot to tell me to take a urine sample so she sent me to a bathroom. While I was in the bathroom I overheard her talking to other staff members about me saying "this patient has an attitude". I didn't address this until we were back in the ultrasound room and she started talking about my pregnancy and how far along I was. She had no idea that I had miscarried or why I was there for the appointment. It was one of the most awful experiences of my life. And I share this only to hopefully prevent someone else from having to go through it and encourage you to pursue any other doctor's office in town. I have called and ask to speak to an office manager with no return call.

Awful awful awful. The triage nurses NEVER answer, the on-call physician after hours NEVER answers. Thus leaving it impossible to even speak to anyone about urgent health care concerns. I have a spinal headache from an epidural leak after labor and I haven't even been able to get through to anyone to help me. My only option at this point is going to the ER with a newborn and a headache so bad I can't see. Some of the nurses and doctors here are decent but unfortunately most are horrible, rude, condescending jerks. This place lacks professionalism and compassion on a major level. My favorite part about this facility are the ladies on the front end - they are always kind and welcoming. I will be switching providers for my postpartum care without a doubt.

Bad! I saw several doctors at various branches of W Health. They gave orders, threatened if you didn't follow them, never explained what or why they were doing for you. I kept getting sent up to higher and higher specialists to no avail. For instance my main doctor Sandy Brannon, TWICE sent me to the wrong kind of specialist. In each case that resulted in a year's delay in solving what should have been a minor medical problem. I asked her to prescribe a dandruff shampoo, which she did, but when I asked for a commonly used companion topical medicine she said she couldn't prescribe it without a specialist to oversee it. Dandruff, really! She didn't know to send me to a dermatologist for foot fungus. It goes on and on. Needless to say I got out of there forever.

Staff up front a little unorganized, but when I went back for my procedure, the doctor, anesthesiologist and staff were very kind and talked me through the whole thing. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable being there.
Yes they ask for money or partial payment upfront but they let you know ahead of time how much it's going to be. Just like any other business, they expect payment.
