Nurse by the name of Kathy was by far more than helpful when I found out Dr Shapiro wasn't in my pay plan network. Whole I waited in the doc office she went out of her way to call Aetna and try and figure things out for me. All while the waiting room was full of patients. I'm very grateful to have her help out like she did. We need more people like her in world!
