It's no wonder this urgent care has such a low rating on Google. The receptionist, Heather, scares away prospective patients with her harsh, brusque, demanding, condescending tone of voice over the phone.
I simply asked what treatments the facility offers for a severely swollen hand from a wasp sting, attempting to ascertain enough information on which to base a decision whether to go to the emergency room or urgent care, and she refused to tell me what treatments the facility offered-- or even let me speak to anyone else. Rather she ordered, "You need to come in..." over and over. Very frustrating.
Very rude girl.
In business, you're only as good as your front office person represents your business. This place is losing business because of this unprofessional, very rude, unfriendly, self-righteous girl.

If I could rate these guys 0 stars I would. If you want actual care go somewhere else. These guys will find any reason not to help you if you walk in their offices too late. Went in at 1030 just for them to make up some reason to not help us so they could send us away. Oh...the doctor (who by the way hasn't spoken to you at all) thinks this so we can't treat you. Absolute trash! Sick people should NOT be sent away because you want to home at a certain time! SO unprofessional

This place was great. Went Tuesday night around 8:00pm. Place empty when I got there. Took a while to see me which was strange, but when I was seen, the customer care was terrific and staff very friendly and funny. When your head is cut wide open, one can use a little humor!

I have visited this location several times for myself and with different family members. The staff has always risen above the call of duty. Everyone is so kind, helpful, and as quick as humanly possible in this setting.
