We have just retired to Wilmington and my husband had some issues and he went to see Dr. Panchal. He has a brand new office and it smells great too, You wouldn't know you were in a dentists office. He explained to us what PAUL needed and we decided to go ahead. we'd put it off long enough.. He was missing 4 teeth and now PAUL is so happy with what the Dr. Panchal has done for him. He can eat happily now. So I've watched this go on for the past few months and Then I got a terrible tooth ache last week. I called and they got me in the next day and I needed a root canal they were willing to wait but I wanted it done right away I didn't want to be on antibiotics a month and think about it. He did it that day and saw me again today to check on it and I'm doing great. We are heading out of town and I'm very happy I won't have to worry about it. Excellent caring Dr. I feel he puts his patients care first.

Have you ever tryed to find a dentists on the day after July 4th, Well, I had an emergency and Dr. Panchal and his wife delivered. They basically opened up the office for us on the 5th, I had a wisdom tooth that was causing excruciating pain. While it sounded like they were shopping, or doing family stuff, He made the situation his priority. There is a new dds in town and he is absolutely wonderful, K-Cups , Bottled Water, Modern decor, pleasant service and you can tell these two care greatly about patient care and experience. I was out in an 1 1/2 after initial discovery process and action plan. I hate the dentists, Haven't been in 6 years or more. I will start back up regularly. Full Aetna network provider, and an amazing experience. 2 new customers for Dr. Panchal. Thank you so much for your consideration, professionalism, and confidence. It absolutely shows in your work ethic and empathy. Expect referrals from the Stutsman's. Thank you for hand delivering the script to CVS. First Class care all the way!!. We could not have asked for a more memorable new doctor experience.
