Thanks Dr Simpson for the great dental care you and your staff provided to me.I am so happy I made the change to your dental practice. Everyone was so friendly and informative about my dental needs.

I loved this dental practice when Dr. King was in charge. The staff were great and she was a fantastic dentist. Unfortunately Dr. King retired and the practice was taken over by Dr. Michele Simpson. I went to my regular cleaning after Dr. Simpson took over. The hygienist was good, as usual; however, Dr. Simpson only did a cursory exam after my cleaning. She did not look at my x-rays in front of me or consult with me about my x-rays; instead she discussed them with the hygienist near the door to the hallway. She then walked over to me and told me I had a cavity that needs to be filled. Dr. Simpson did not properly examine my teeth nor did she even probe the tooth in question after reviewing my x-rays with the hygienist. I called another dentist for a second opinion. He reviewed the x-rays that Dr. Simpson's office sent him, he checked all of my teeth - no cavities.
So, I can only assume that Dr. Simpson was trying to complete unnecessary procedures. I have moved my family to a different dental practice after my experience with Dr. Simpson. Hopefully her skills with her patients will improve so that others will not be as dissatisfied as I was with my experience there.

Great experience! I moved to Wilmington a year ago and started looking for a new dentist. Dr. King was recommended to me by a friend, and I would recommend her to everyone. The staff and Dr. King are always welcoming and friendly. My cleaning experiences have always been pleasant and thorough. Even with followup work, I have not experienced pain. They explain every step to you and they are very patient with your questions. They have given me numerous tips on how to better care for my teeth that my previous dentist had never shared. Without having dental insurance myself, they are super helpful explaining what procedures need to be taken care of immediately and what time period I can wait for others. You definitely feel cared for as a person to them, not a number on their charts. I would recommend Dr. King and her knowledgeable staff to everyone!

Dr. King and her staff are FANTASTIC!! It had been several years since I had been to a dentist due to lack of insurance and funds. The staff were so welcoming and didn't make me feel bad for neglecting regular dental care for so long. I will admit that I am a whiner when it comes to tooth pain, but I had zero pain during and after the procedures I've had to have done. Dr. King and her staff are very gentle, thorough, and professional. When I have called to set up appointments for the rest of my family or ask a question, they always know who I am, which is becoming rare in the medical world. I don't feel like just another patient and I am certain they make all their patients feel that way. I would recommend them to anyone!!

This dentist and her entire staff are great--they should get 6 stars! The first time I went in was a few months ago for a cleaning/examination with Jodi Parisi and she did the best job I have ever had done--extremely thorough, took her time, explained everything, very professional and friendly (and cute as heck, too). She even convinced me to actually start flossing, etc, like I knew I should've been doing all along but just hadn't. I was very impressed with her. Also, the offices are extremely neat, clean, and well-kept which reflects the attitude and attention to detail that everyone there has toward servicing their patients.
Went back in a couple weeks later to go over the results of my examination and was shown everything in detail using actual images of my teeth (photo and x-ray) and diagrams. I was given an exact breakdown of the prices, too, for each separate procedure.
Went back in today and got the recommended work done. Dr King and her assistant (I'm sorry I can't remember her name, she was great, too) did an excellent, quick job. Anyone can tell that Dr King and her staff are all knowledgable and to prove it they work together very smoothly and efficiently.
Got my 6 month cleaning/exam already scheduled--this is going to be my permanent dentistry office. If you need anything done, you need to go see Dr King and her staff.
