This was my first experience at this nail salon and all I can say is that it’s going to be my last. My nail tech did not listen to what I wanted. I specifically asked for a square French tip and she laughed at me and proceeded to round off all of my nails except for one. By the time my tips were done, they were all shaped very unevenly and just looked messy.
I had a friend come along with me and she decided to go with a dip powder mani. She was told that basic gel would be $30 and then she would get upcharged an extra $5 if she wanted to go with a dip powder. She sat down and her nail tech told her that it would be an extra $10 for the mani on top of the $5 and $30. She said she wanted black nails but by the end of her service, her nails ended up being navy, they were very thick, and the tech neglected to top coat one of her nails.
We called the salon back and the girl at the front desk was very unprofessional and hesitated to help fix the situation. They told us that the top coat turns the black powder into blue and that it was the product’s fault for how they turned out. We ended up going back to get them fixed and a different nail tech ended helping us. I could tell that this nail tech was angry because she took it out on my friend by aggressively buffing away at her fingernails and the skin surrounding the nail. My friend hadn’t said a word and the nail tech says, “am I hurting you? Because that’s just the way it buffs.” She was using a buffing block so she had full control over how it was used.
This time she buffed wax over her nails instead of a top coat. How does it make any sense to not use a top coat after buffing down dip powdered nails? Needless to say she left with red and irritated cuticles. 5 hrs have passed and her nails are starting to develop very uneven and dull patches where the wax has disintegrated and powder is wearing off.
Overall, this place is just extremely unprofessional and does not listen to the concerns of customers. They decide to do whatever they want regardless of what the customer wants. The fact that they were intentionally trying to cause physical irritation while fixing an improperly done service shows the poor quality of service that this place provides. I highly recommend that you save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

If they had a zero star it would be clicked trust and believe. I Got my nails done here and the service was terribly rude! I continued telling the technician Tammy that I did not want gel on my acrylic nails as she was constantly being pushy towards me to do the gel nails while I continually refused and she did it ANYWAYS!!!! The only English she spoke to me was trying to sell me on things and the price. Not only that, she cut my nails BEYOND shorter than what I asked for because she had already messed up and DID NOT want to fix it. She also knicked the gel polish off with the Drill and said "oh, well it's ok". An I SPECIFICALLY gave her a regular polish I wanted (because I only planned on spending the usually 27$) and she ignored me and did what she wanted to do. Charging me 40$!!!!!
throughout my entire appointment I was constantly telling her it was not how I wanted it and she continually did what she wanted! Literally the worst service I've ever experienced. I am never coming back here!!!

I always come out of this place disappointed! I tell them I don't want gel nails and they always try to rip me off. It is a waste of money and time !

I went here Saturday they had great service, yes a little pricey but the quality was worth the money.

I get my nails done every three weeks by Linn and she is wonderful. I've gone to different places and every time I regret not going back to Royal Spa. Great placed good prices, large selection of Gel colors. I've never had to wait to long when I just walk in either, always fully staffed.
