These people working here are awesome. I placed an order at 12:56am one night because I thought they closed at 2:00am. Little did I know that the 2:00am closing is only for weekends, and weekdays are 1:00am closing. I showed up to pick up my pizza and realized they closed at 1:00am, and thought for sure they would be upset with me. But nope! I walk in and all the staff was super friendly and the pizza was awesome. Great store!

Had a pan pizza delivered to my room at the best western. All the toppings and half the cheese were wedged on the side of the box; i figure it was carried vertically, not flat. And I don't mind a greasy pie but the sheet that seperates the pizza from the box was so soaked it would tear away and stick to the bottom of the pizza. And the box was also soaked all the way through, leaving a nasty thick layer of grease on the counter top where the box sat for just a few minutes.
We dumped the cheese and toppings back on the pizza. But, it was cold and gross. I order dominoes prob once every 2, 3 months back home. This is by far the worst Dominos I have had.
If you get to Best Western late, try the snack machines instead.

I have generally always had a good experience at this location. Generally they have been polite, quick and fresh. Until when I called to make an order today! It was the worse experience I have ever had! The person taking my order had no clue what he was doing. I don't even understand why they had him answering the phones. The order took 15mins for him to get right. But at least he was nice and apologized. But then I get a call 20mins later to let me know that half of my order is of food they don't have in stock and my credit card was already processed. No one apologized and the person who called me the 2nd time sounded like he hoped that I would cancel my order. But that would be me wasting my time and more of my money since I was already charged on my debit card. Very pissed off. Never again.

Can I give a negative 5 stars? Cause I would. They or the app messes my order up TWICE I spoke with a lady she said she would make it again and send it out. Waited 4 hrs no call no show so we ate the cold wrong food and called again. This time I spoke with a "manager" who asked if we ate them. Yes we did it's been 4 HOURS! His response was since we ate it they can't help us and they would forward it to corporate. Sure, cause I've never heard back from them either. I even sent them an email. This corp sucks and they don't care about their customers.

Over this place.
I could walk to this store in about 15 minutes, Last time I ordered it was late on a weekday, I received my order in over 45 minutes despite the order checker saying it was done in about 10 min. It showed up burnt and stale. As well as being wrong.
Today, I figure sure, why not. I'll try again, kinda cheap. As I am writing this it says it was "checked for perfection at 2:12, it is now nearly an hour later and still not out for delivery. Meaning its just sitting in a warmer. Totally done with Domino's. Lucky for me Wichita is a big city and I have plenty of options for pizza.
