The cardiologist is fine. Others unprofessional and unorganized. Daughter had an appt at 9:45 for routine checkup. Got out of there at 3:15. Waited only over an hour to see doctor for 15 minutes. Then waited 1 1/2 hours for them to get insurance approvals for needed tests. Then waited over 1 1/2 hours to get tests because whoever walked us back there didn't put us on list. Ugh!! So frustrated/annoyed!!

Today I got a call saying I missed my procedure, confused, I asked what they were talking about, as I hadn't made an appointment recently, the receptionist raised her voice at me an proceeded to lecture me in a very unprofessional manner. Unfortunately I missed her name. If you can avoid this place I highly recommend you do, because atleast in my mind people who work in the medical field should have at least a fraction of an amount of compassion and professionalism.
