I live in Wichita, and I drove to an endodontist in Kansas City on Tuesday because they were in-network. They didn't do a root canal as they couldn't see anything in the x-ray, and I wasted a full day. Wednesday, my tooth started abscessing. I was in extreme pain, and was going out of town on Sunday. They squeezed my emergency in on Friday, stayed late, and the entire staff and Dr. Watson were amazing! I would recommend to all my family/friends. This was my first root canal I needed, and it was painless. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My appointment at the West office was transferred here. Was able to keep my appointment time. Very welcoming and friendly staff. All my questions & concerns were answered. No complaints. Definitely will recommend both sites.

Was referred here by another dentist, but this one didn't even look inside my mouth. Then charged me $100 for the visit. What a waste of time and money!

He was wonderful. Calmed my nerves and handled my procedure almost effortlessly. I am so thankful I was referred to him.

Was referred here for a root canal. With my insurance I had a $300 payment I was responsible for and my insurance would cover $800. I paid $300 up front and had the procedure. A month after the procedure I got a bill for the $800 that my insurance was supposed to cover. My employer had not paid the Blue Cross and Blue Shield bill without telling any of his employees because he was closing his doors to his company and now I was left with the bill. I called to pay the bill and the lady asked why I was now stuck with the $800 bill and she stated she didn't think that was right and she would look into it and have someone called me. The next time I got a bill I called to pay on the bill and the lady that runs the billing department was so rude and said that I had never called them the first time and that I needed to pay almost $300 a month for 3 months or they were going to send it to collections. Now, that month I had also went to the dentist that referred me and taken my child to the ER and I had to pay in full of of those bills as well as my root canal. THEY WOULD NOT WORK WITH ME AND SENT MY ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS. This is mortifying to write and admit but I feel this strongly about the way I was treated. Please choose somewhere else to go. These people are not in the medical field to help people. You will be a number not a person to them.
