As another review said the staff if rude and the dentist needs a new title...BUTCHER! But as I learned yesterday during my visit they have been bought out so I hope the new owners make some improvements. The waiting room is dingy and a bit grubby looking with uncomfortable chairs and a broken TV. The dentist chairs are breaking down and the upholstery is held together with duct tape. As already stated the staff (well most of them but not all) are rude and cold and act like they are annoyed you are even there. The dentist I had (whom was not David Steel) was in my opinion just evil. Before he extracted my 20 teeth I shared how I feared the pain of the needles as well as the over all procedure. He confidently said it wouldn't be bad at all. Well he LIED and when I started screaming and crying from pain he got annoyed with me and scolded me for being too loud. What doctor in their right mind scolds a patient for hurting?!!!! Thank God he is gone now but I just wonder if things have gotten better or worse. I might not ever know. Once my teeth get fitted in a couple of weeks I doubt I stick around to find out.

My experience was as I expected it to be. A lot of pain, then healing, and finally comfort at an affordable price. The nurses were great, and the operating doctors were all business. At my follow up visit, the doctor noticed that my first permanent set of full dentures were in poor shape and voluntarily made me a new flawless set for free. They did everything I asked and worked to maintain my appointments. If you need to be nurtured and coddled by your doctor to have your teeth worked on, perhaps this is not the place for you. However, if you effectively want to have a procedure done with prudence and little to no "song and dance" then Central Dental Clinic is the right place. They are up front with the cost, and deliver the service. I recommend them to anyone who wants or needs serious dental work.

The worst experience of my life!! I would not let these people pull my worst enemies dogs teeth. I had two teeth pulled before I was numb, they pulled my teeth with an abcest so I ended up with a horriable infection. Once the infection and swelling went down I realized they had left two pieces of tooth still in my mouth, so I had to go back and go through the pain again. The staff is soooo rude you just want to slap them. It might be cheaper than every where else but there is a reason they do the worst dental work in Wichita, this office should be shut down and the dentist should have his license taken away! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost!
