Worthless. This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. After my wife was in an accident (which was not even her fault) the company refused to handle any part of the claim. I had to contact the at-fault driver's insurance multiple times to get the incident handled. They refused to pay for rental car while the claim was being handled. I called to cancel my service and was first told that "it's not that simple", trying to keep me from canceling service. Absolute crooks. I will NEVER have a good word to say about them.
