My Doctors office scheduled me an appointment with OSTC MRI center.
Frank, a very discourteous employee neglected to call me and tell me when I was supposed to be there. I missed my appt and Franks response was there was an electronic glitch.
When I finally did get my MRI, a week passed and my results were never sent to my physicians office for review. Once again frank attributed it to an electronic glitch.
I called Frank to confront him and he asked me what did I want him to do about it? How about just try doing your damn job Frank.
I'd fire the man in a heartbeat!
