Finally a authentic cheese steak restaurant in Wichita. But the people here in Wichita would rather go to one these franchise cheese steak places and pay for an overpriced sandwich. That's not even close to being a real cheese steak. T.O.P.S is the real deal.

I have tried several times to support this minority owned business and have been disappointed, not so much in the food but the customer service. Not one but at least two occasions I called to place an order and waited ample time to pick up and still had to wait when I got there. One time they forgot. Only once I received a remotely genuine apology with a compensation of a free canned soda. Recently, I went to T.O.P.s with a blinking sign that flashed open and a sign clearly reading open 10a-6p. The cook from his car spots me
getting out to go in, while he simultaneously rushes to get inside the business, then proceeds to lock the door and turn off the open sign. I had to ask him if they were closed?? Just tacky!! I have patronized this business more than once, other then the several times mentioned here. Despite being disappointed I continued to support.What sucks is that I don't believe this customer service recived by the workers is a true reflection of it's owner.

Great local cheesesteak. They are quick, friendly, local, and serve a lot of food for your money. I suggest ordering with hot peppers.

Best Philly cheesesteaks in Wichita! It's a great little place that packs a lot of food with great flavor. I recommend going hungry and trying the cheesesteak with sweet peppers. The owners are great and enjoy what they do! Try it out!
