Put in a to go order and had to wait 45 minutes for it. 30 minutes into it I was lied to and was told, "Just a few more minutes." When I told the clueless server that 45 minutes is unacceptable for any order she went and got her clueless manager. He had zero customer service skills and told me that all to go orders take 45 minutes. As if I should have known that... They should definitely tell people that little disclaimer before they waste their time. Not even an apology. I guess their service just reflects the success of the business. Lacking.

This has always been my favorite place to go for Pho. It's delicious! Also if you can try their wings, they have some of the best wings! Amazing waitstaff, they work really hard!

The summer roll appetizer we got weren't very good. The wrapper was hard like it had been sitting for a while. The rice bowl was good though and the service was adequate and friendly. If it hadn't been for the appetizer, I would have given it a four star.
