Service is always friendly and incredibly fast.
Food is always above my expectations for a fast food place.

I feel like there meat is starting to taste more generic, like McDonald's. And less fresh like they just cooked it. It tastes like it's been in a steamer for an hour and lost all of it's flavor. It's irritating when you pay exact cash and instead of the cashier immediately giving me my receipt, they ask me if I want it; assume I don't, and then it takes longer to get it. Usually when I'm persistent to get a receipt, something is messed up. Other than that, the food is still slightly better than McDonald's and I don't always want to cook so I put up with this. But I've thrown full hamburgers away from them being flavorless.

As an employee at Wendys I expect above and beyond service. I have been disappointed lately with the service we have been providing. Such as not wiping off the drink cups, forgetting little things that are asked for while ordering, or having to make my own food on my break while the girls up front stand around. I miss walking into Wendys welcomed by the girls up front and seeing a spotless lobby, and much more. Let’s improve OUR TEAM!!!!

Sorry to say, but I just feel the hamburgers have went downhill a little. Still love the chili and one place you can get a baked potato.

I came here while I was going camping and the food was great a the staff was nice. I saw that they helped a elderly man when his soda spilled on the ground. Great service.
