My biggest complaint is that when they're busy and you've walked inside to the pharmacy counter they NEVER acknowledge you until they finish servicing the drive-thru. Which sometimes takes forever. And there's usually several people behind the counter at once. In my mind, good customer service includes a greeting/acknowledgement, and that they'll be with you as soon as they can, if they can't get to you right away. You would think at LEAST one of the people standing back there could look up. I am way more understanding of a longer wait time than normal if I have been acknowledged, and I am sure I'm not the only one.

Well the last two times I've went in there there's a male pharmacist with black hair that is rude to me every time I go in there even if I'm super nice he says something rude and walks off. Not very good customer service nor did he offer a solution to my simple question. Note to rite aid hire nicer pharmacists because you got one rude one
