Be careful!! FALSE ADVERTISMENT! My fiancée presented an insurance card at time of visit. He's a veteran and has the VA insurance. The VA didn't want to cover the office visit because it was not a designated Drs office so we have to pay for the visit. On the board it says that office visits are $55 and they sent us a bill for $146 because they state that we didn't pay at time of visit. We presented an insurance card!!! We didn't know it was not going to be covered. We have been speaking to Carmen, a supervisor from the billing department and she keeps avoiding our calls and not calling us back. We will agree to pay $55 as it was advertised on the board as you walk in but I think charging 3 times as much is wrong and false advertisement.

I like coming here but I found out the hard way that walk-ins have priority over appointments so making an appointment is a waste of time and you end up waiting longer to be seen.
