Have you cut back on receptionists? It really takes a long time to get someone to answer the phone. It used to be much easier.

Dr. Lynn is a wonderful doctor. She is personable, responds quickly to mychart messages, and truly cares about the patient. And when dealing with the other doctors there, I have not been disappointed. Very happy I switched to Family Physicians.

I hate dealing with the check in lady's they are super rude. they always cut you off in the middle a sentence. Never make my appointments long enough cause they never lets me finish listing my symptoms. But they do have an awesome doctor staff. If it wasn't for the older check in women I would ratea 5
