Have tried for two days to have a prescription refill sent to a pharmacy. Spoke to a live person and left a voicemail. We have received zero customer care. No one has responded to our request. My dog is out of meds. I worked as a Veterinarian Assistant for a total of 5 years when I was a St in High School through college. I am appalled at the lack of response from this veterinary office. I would recommend going somewhere else. I know we will not seek further care through this veterinary office.

I used to love this vet, but the last few times when I've requested a prescription they've pushed back really hard and said that they would just price match what I could find online. Somehow I only got the 6 month heart work prescription instead of the 12 month this time. I tried to request the extra 6 month through 1800 Pet Meds and the vet wouldn't approve it and said I needed an office visit first. I'm very disappointed and I will not be returning.

Came for a travel document for international travel - they did the entire sheet incorrectly. When we went to have it certified by the USDA we found out and had to get the corrected version with very little time before flying. Very stressful, and seems like something they should be able to get correct.

Excellent practice! Our dogs have been patients at Vetwerx and Dr. Canty and all of the staff have treated both dogs and us with compassion and gentle kindness, and the highest standard of care.
The office is clean, bright, and inviting and staff are polite, cheerful, and kind. I appreciate how folks at Vetwerx take time to explain information to owners and clarify questions. Everyone works to make vet visits a positive experience and less stressful, and we greatly appreciate that vets and staff at Vetwerx are willing to go the extra mile to help patients and pet owners.
We were particularly impressed with Dr. Canty who recently performed a dental cleaning and oral surgery on our beagle. She was a consummate professional and alleviated all of our concerns. Our dog was well cared for and what could have been a difficult process was transformed into a positive experience. Thank you to Dr. Canty for being an excellent surgeon, a good communicator and a compassionate caregiver who is committed to excellent outcomes for pets and their people. I highly recommend Vetwerx to pet parents.

My dog had his teeth cleaned. I couldn't have asked for a lower price or a better experience! The vet was absolutely wonderful --although my husband was the one who took the dog in, the vet took a lot of time to communicate with me by phone in addition to explaining the procedure to my husband in person. I dropped my dog off in the morning for his dental cleaning and the office kept in touch during the day and even sent me pictures of him (before/after pictures of his teeth taken during the procedure). I have already recommended VetweRx to two other families!
