I purchased their groupon and when i called to make an appointment, they told me to call back another time. The multiple other times I called they never answered the phone. I contacted Groupon and they thankfully refunded my purchase price of the groupon. Terrible customer service from the salon.

Today I got a Brazilian Wax done by Yulie. She was very informative and took her time. Throughout the entire process, she kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. I also had a cute skirt that she gave me to put on as a coverup. I found Phantacee on Groupon. The location is PERFECT. I will definitely be back.

This place is great! Twice I had my hair done by Luis and the experience was amaizing. He is not just a hairdresser, he is an artist in cutting hair. Both times my hair turned out looking just perfect. I especially love that the style I get there looks great when it starts growing. Everybody else in the salon is very nice and friendly. You get a nice cup of tea and very relaxing massage while they shampoo your hair. As somebody said the music is also very pleasant. Best experience I've ever had in a hair salon. I will definitely go back again.

I have been going to Phantacee Salon since 2005. I love Luis. He is amazing. He always knows how to style my hair. I have gone from long hair to short back to long. He know what style compliments my face. I have also changed colors and they do a fabulous job picking the right colors for you.
Everyone is super friendly and I feel at home there.
Luis made me feel super comfortable today when I went in and had to cut off my long hair super short in preperation for chemo treatments due to a recent Breast cancer DIagnosis. He ave me a stylish and super hot new look and made me feel super comfortable along the way.
