Ebony is amazing! If you are a newbie and are nervous about waxing or have had a bad experience in the past, Ebony is the girl for you. It is by far the least painful waxing experience I've had. Not only is she personable, she helps educate her clients to proper skin care in between waxings. The prices are very reasonable, especially if you get a package. I can't sing her praises enough!
The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I've had to reschedule appointments at the last minute and they have always been very accommodating.
Definitely recommend M3!

I've been coming to M3 for waxes for two years. I got a Groupon here in 2014 and had a such a positive experience I didn't ever look elsewhere again. I've been back about every 6 weeks since then and each wax has been consistently great-- Ebony is quick and thorough, and does a great job keeping it as low-pain as possible. I've always left on time with a high-quality wax.
She also plays great music (TLC/Rihanna Pandora vibes) and is easy to talk to if you want, but will let you relax in silence if that's what you prefer.

I went to Ebony for a few Brazilian waxes prior to my wedding. She was FANTASTIC!! The first time I came in a bit early for my 4:30 hoping if her 4 was done early I could get in. She brought me in at 4:15 and I told her it was my first time. She went into a detailed explanation of why waxing is better than shaving, the dos and don'ts for afterwards, and lots of other useful information for a newbie like myself. She made me feel totally at ease and we chatted the whole time. I would definitely recommend M3 and Ebony to anyone and will be back in 4 weeks! Oh and the added perk of free parking across the street only sweetens the deal!

I have had great experiences at M3 Massage. The massages are great and reasonably priced and my Brazillian wax was awesome! The wax tech Ebony really educated me about the process which I appreciated. They also validate parking for their services which is awesome!! The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is that it takes a while to get an appointment for a wax. Slots book fast!! It would also be nice to have another location as it takes at least 20 minutes when you get to Georgetown to park and walk to get to the place.

I love M3 Massage & Spa for several reasons. One is the location. I mean, who doesn't love to go to Georgetown? You get a little buffed and puffed and then do a little shopping or grab a drink, or take a nice walk down at the Harbor. Another is the professionalism of the staff. They are courteous and polite, which to me conveys that they appreciate my business. Third, they do a great job. M3 is a top pick for me when I go for a Brazilian wax! Why? Because their gals know what they are doing and I get a good treatment with little to no pain!
