Great for morning workout after 9am. Locker room very hot between 7-9 because so many guys taking showers not well ventilated.

The gym is big and nice, but the locker room floor and counters are usually dirty. If they would clean up more this location would be rated higher. Great boot camp class in Saturday.

Buyer Beware- This place makes it next to impossible to Cancel a membership. You Literally have to MAIL in CANCELLATION forms in order to quit. Funny Enough you can do EVERYTHING else online. This is just a scam to keep people from being able to manage their memberships as they please.

Not a lot of option to work with, the room was small as well. When I went there it was crowded, all the machines were taken, it’s almost like a lined formed around the treadmill. The staff was friendly, and they were helpful when someone was off the machine I wanted, one of the girls came and got me so that was appreciated.

This place has good bones, and it used to be super nice when it was Results Fitness. However, now that it's changed hands to LA Fitness, it's gotten super run down. Only one out of four stalls in the women's locker rooms is fully functional, and same with the sinks in the women's locker room. There is a sauna and a steam room, but both are frequently out of service. There also used to be an endless pool but I don't believe it's there/available anymore. They have a fair selection of classes and I've never had to wait for a cardio machine, but the free weight area is always almost too crowded to use. I've been going to this gym for 5+ years. It used to be nicer, but it's still adequate, and it's WAY nicer than the Gold's Gym down the street at 19th & L. All in all, it's super convenient and has all the important stuff, but for the price you might as well go to Washington Sports Clubs and get something way nicer. If they spent a small amount of money on simple renovation it would go a long way to making the place seem so much nicer and more worth the money.
