Switched to HELA spa several months ago and didn't regret it. Like the atmosphere and the service. Victoria is great - highly recommend her. Very knowledgeable, got best advice on how to look after my skin and see the results!

got waxing done, and ripped my skin, which caused irritation and blisters. It's been over a week and am still suffering from it. I ended up going to my dermatologist to treat it. Yes they refunded my money from the waxing, however it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Your estheticians should be trained enough to how to do a simple wax. As a high end spa I expected more and am very disappointed.
I have a wedding coming up and still have marks from the waxing, and not guaranteed it will go away before then. Terrible experience

I am absolutely obsessed with Hela! Their space is minimalistic, calming, and always squeaky clean and smelling fresh--the way a spa should.
Their facial menu is to die for, and my favorite facialist Jennifer is wonderful. She can recommend great products for your skin type, always gives me samples before I leave, and is super enthusiastic and sweet.

Nope. I left feeling hopeful, then woke up with more zits than I came in with. My face has never looked worse in my entire life. My self esteem is right there in their toilet.
