I went in to the store, I was just browsing and the asscociate approached me and said "Can I help you?" I replied "I'm good, no thank you." She walks away, and then comes up to me again. She says "you must get this powder your makeup looks blotchy and oily." I replied to her "well I'm running errands and I went on a jog earlier today. And I already own the Laura mercier translucent powder I have in on right now." The associate replies "well you clearly don't your makeup looks horrible." I walked away. This is no way to treat your customers. I thought that this was going to be a great experience considering how devoted the CEO Marla Beck seemed to her company but that was a overall horrible experience.

I visit during Jpop summit and brought my first kimono. It was as a great deal, wardrobe was well made and good quality. Got to loved the service and how friendly they treat their costomer.

Staff was very knowledgeable when assisting me with makeup application. They also showed me a skincare regiment that will help enhance my skin overall
