Meridian Hill Park (a.k.a. Malcolm X park) offers a beautiful place to run or read a book at any time. It is especially nice to workout with November Project Monday mornings at 6:29 am.

I really like hanging out at this park with friends for a picnic lunch or just relaxing with a book. People watching is great, there is always some sort of game being played on the weekends.

This is a great park! Lots of space to picnic, exercise, do yoga, chill with your family and friends, picnic, etc. On Sundays, everyone gathers to play drums. Everyone is welcome to join in. People also come to shoot special event photos.

Great family fun, live local drum beats on Sunday. No need for the gym, dance yourself into a physical oasis of fun and laughter. Bring your favorite instrument and join in on the fun. Bring the kids, blanket and refreshments. Enjoy
