Company cares about existing customers, but trying to contact them for issue related to their services couple years later and they will not return emails or phone calls. Will not be a repeat customer.

UT is a very well run title company. I highly recommend them to anyone closing on a home. They are very professional and help navigate the transaction to closing better than anyone.

I have had good experiences with Title companies in the past. Unfortunately, there are always bad apples in every bunch. Title companies have a moral and legal obligation to uphold binding contracts, and to represent fairly the interest of the people that they serve. Unfortunately, Universal feels that they are above the Buyer’s Broker, the Seller’s Broker, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors legal, etc… in my case.
I will make it my mission to let as many good people as possible know about my personal experience with Universal Title.
