KVS Title handled the title work and paperwork for a home purchase. Their team was very responsive to emails and put together everything in an understandable way. Carrie Kelly was our chief point of contact until closing day, and she was very responsive. We had a short closing, and they were able to handle it all. The closing meeting at their offices was very pleasant and nice, as well. It also helped they have a beautiful sun-lit room to sign the paperwork in. All in all, there were no problems, delays, or confusion. Would recommend KVS as a title agent to others.
