The office manager is unprofessional and will not keep her word. I'm surprised the doctor hasn't hired someone more competent. She even sent me another patients' disclosure form which contained PII. Dr. Chevalier, please look to hire someone a true office manager. Not a bully.

She's an Awesome dr. My daughter started as a teen and now as an adult , her care is met.
