I have rented from here on 4 separate occasions and very very pleased with the service, the vehicles have all been in tip top shape, I really like the staff and service.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made a reservation for a large vehicle six weeks in advance. When I arrived at the airport, they did not have my vehicle available. In fact, they had no vehicles available. They had no solutions for me. Daniel, the guy working behind the counter, hung up on me twice. The corporate customer relations office said there was nothing they could do. All of the regional managers were away at a conference. I reserved this car through Enterprise because it was the least expensive. I get it now. You get what you pay for, which in my case, was no vehicle. Unfortunately, because I had no reservations with any of the other companies, and this is a small airport, there were no rental vehicles available anywhere. Enterprise was OK with leaving me stranded at the airport without any solutions. Will never use Enterprise again.

I reserved a car online several weeks before we needed it. I went in in the day to pick it up and they staff at the walla walla store had everything ready. I was literally in and out in less than 30 minutes.
When I returned the car 2 weeks later it was even faster to check the car back in. Fantastic experience with great staff.

Well, although the car was what I ordered, the service was somewhat lacking. Arrived at Walla Walla Airport, got my luggage and walked out to meet the Enterprise shuttle. As I stood there, an unmarked shuttle pulled away so I walked the curb and did not see an Enterprise van. I waited, went back into the building and talked to a competitor who gave me the number for Enterprise. I called them and according to the person I spoke with, there was another customer left behind as well. So, I waited another 10-15 minutes, the same unmarked vehicle arrived and the driver's response was, "Well, I was here". Yes, you were, but you did not wait for everyone that had reservations and your shuttle van is not marked! They were very nice back at their location but the "washed" SUV was still covered with bugs and was basically rinsed off. That's OK...but the wadded up napkins in the door was a little gross. Generally speaking, customer service isn't what it should be and I guess Enterprise is following suite. Maybe I expect too much...
