This was my first experience with an emergency (thankfully) and I am astounded at how wonderful the staff was. They were upfront about the cost and reminded me again even after I said to do the X-rays he needed that I could have them done cheaper at my regular vet the next day. Then 2 nights later they called me to check on him. I would recommend them to anyone that has an emergency for their fur baby

The Doctor was awesome. I wish she had her own practice. She continued doing research on my Gracie's condition even after I left and called me several hours later to tell me her findings. Wonderful staff all around. Will recommend to any and everyone!!!

Please read this before you take your pet in. I took my dog in and when the dr did come in he was not in the room five minutes and wanted to cut her open to see what's wrong. No blood work no nothing! I always thought that surgery was last resort but with this guy it was the first thing he wanted to do. Charged me 500$ to rub her belly take three x-rays and was like surgery!! It is the only thing to save her. Wanted to charge me 1700$ for the surgery with no guarantee!! I love my dog and if it was not for my kids I was going to have her put down. I ended up getting a second opinion and all she had was a virus!! Nothing major, a virus!! The next vet I took her to kept her for two days with antibiotics and an I.V. and she was all better. It crazy to think that the first thing a dr thinks is surgery! It seems like all he was about was the money, thinking that people will pay whatever comes out of his mouth just to keep your pet around! He almost caused a dog to get put down for no reason.

Everyone I've ever dealt with at this facility has been phenomenal! They are always helpful, insightful, and they make me feel better when I'm dealing with an issue with my pup. As a matter of fact, I have called them several times past the hours that most clinics are closed, with "emergency" questions about something going on with my pup. They always tell me what to look for, and help me make sure that my little buddy stays healthy and happy.

These guys are great!! Treated my pup thoroughly and cared very much for him.I have called more than once with questions about the health of my dog and they have always given me honest answers and said when they though a vet visit was needed and when they thought I could just monitor my dog at home, so they are obviously not trying to just gouge you for money. Definitely would recommend!
