This clinic ALWAYS takes care of my 8 yr old poodle with spine deformity. Love the outstanding staff and caring vets. Wish they were open on Mondays. My poodle fell on her back last night and we weren't aware Waco Animal Emergency Clinic is open until 8 this morning. Atleast I can wait until 6pm. THANK YOU for having the ER clinic!

I will be honest and say that for the longest time I thought the vet office located in Petsmart was not a good option and it wouldn't be good quality care. I was so wrong! We decided to try them with our second pup and we signed up for the wellness plan (it's a pet insurance). EVERY single visit I have walked out paying nothing! The only things I have paid for were an ear infection medication that only ran me about $10-15. They will make sure your pet is seen continually (especially that first puppy year) and given all needed vaccinations. I can't say enough good things about their vet techs - they are amazing and very knowledgeable. I can tell they love their job and care about their patients. The wellness plan is so worth it - you get so much and it runs about $400 a year. (I don't pay for exam fees, fecal tests, vaccinations, spay/neuter - and for older dogs it includes things like dental cleanings -just to name one-). Wonderful vet clinic. I would recommend!!

Banfield is where I take all my pets! Their wellness plans are so affordable and make it so easy for me to take care of my pet's health and well being. :)
