First off, this is the first bad review I've EVER left a service business! I went to The Lash Experts because I have a close friend who gets her lashes there and they always look great. I was scheduled with Erika and noticed during my fill session my eyes were watering excessively; I am used to Novalash glue because it's what I have always gotten my lashes done with, so I know this is not normal for me. My lashes looked great when she was finished, and Erika was very nice. The next morning I wake up with a completely bloodshot, painful left eye. I went to Urgent Care and it turns out I have an eye infection. So, I decide to call and just inform the management in case there is a cleanliness issue that might need to be addressed. The manager completely dismissed my claim and told me, "They've been doing lashes for 10 years and have never had a problem." and also, "In her experience I wouldn't show any signs of infection for at least 3 days." REALLY?! I have NEVER had a problem in the years I've had eyelash extensions before this. I might have even given them another chance if they had just taken responsibility. So here's to my Urgent Care bill and the $30 eye drops I just picked up at the pharmacy!! TWO THUMBS DOWN!👎🏽👎🏽 You might not have had a problem reported before, but you have one now!
