The therapists seem very much like beginners. Twice I've paid extra for foot scrub, and they literally put it on and wipe it off with a towel (different therapists) and nothing else.
Theyre friendly and its clean but disappointing quality of service.

Worst customer service, didn't even make it to the message and can already tell you I will never book an appointment with them again.

Set up an appointment the day before and the gentleman on the phone told me 4pm. Great, perfect. I confirmed it and set the rest of my plans in place, left my office to be on time and scheduled dinner plans around my much needed massage. When I arrived I was greeted with a bewildered look and a comment that I "was early". Apparently they had me down for 5pm and offered to graciously let me sit for an hour and wait on them. I left without rescheduling and the manager couldn't even be bothered to get up and offer any sort of explanation or condolence-except to have her emissary tell me that she wouldn't be charging me. (For showing up to my appointment on time? You're right, you won't be charging me for your mistake.) I have very little disposable time and won't be choosing to waste it here again. I was really looking forward to that massage too but if they can't keep their own appointment book accurate, it's unlikely to be a quality experience anyways.

Best experience I have had in a long time. The clinic is beautiful and bigger than expected. The therapist are very skilled and the front desk ladies are super friendly. They have "Tranquility Room" that is really nice. I enjoyed myself very much!

My husband and I visited Massage Envy about four months ago. The atmosphere of Massage Envy - Waco was peaceful, the front desk staff was helpful, and the therapist were great. I was wanting a deep tissue massage, and I finally was able to find someone who applied enough pressure for me to consider it deep. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends and my husband and I will be going back soon.
