The food is vey delicious and the cooks are very polite and the servers are polite as well they attend to me like they should the cashiers greet you when u come in thorough the doors o love coming to Pei Wei it's a bet nice environment definitely recommended it to my friends. ❤👍👍👍💜

First visit was perfect, second one the service suffered a little bit, now on the third visit the food was incredibly overly salty and you will see the two oz pool of grease that drained off of one egg roll. When I walked in no one greeted me because the four employees were sitting around whining and complaining about their work environment, their schedule and their co-workers. Maybe it's just Waco because I really like this restaurant's concept and I had a better visit at the Pei Wei in Austin where people are just more professional. I also had to go up under the heat lamp and pick up my own order because the extra large woman in the dining room who was supposed to be running food and cleaning tables was busy cleaning a table while complaining to a customer about her work schedule. The only bright spot on this visit was the cashier happen to notice me pouring massive grease off of one of the egg rolls so she approached me and I said are they always this bad and she said it depends on who makes them I'll have someone else remake them for you. Which she did and they were much improved.

Wow!! It's delicious!! Gluten free diet, no problem! The sweet and sour and Pei Wei spicy are great tasting! They take necessary precautions if you let them know you have a gluten allergy.
