The staff ate beyond caring and my doctor is concerned that I understand all aspects of my disease and treatment choices.

I contacted Texas Oncology to speak with them about assisting in the care of my mother who had undergone her primary treatment at MD Anderson. I had been told by a friend that Texas Oncology and Dr. Harris had agreed to be their intermediary and assist them; however, upon myself and my sister both speaking with Anita, we were very rudely put in our place and told that under no uncertain circumstances would they even consider being an intermediary care facility for my mother even though they were already performing the same care for my friend's family member. The staff was rude and they do not appear to be there for the care of the patient----only if the patient was initially treated by them---no teamwork, not willing to assist.....would not recommend them.
