I am extremely upset with this business! My son has surgery in the morning and has to have a special type of wheelchair to get home. Our Dr called this into them last Friday. My husband shows up today to get the chair as the Dr. Office says that it should be ready because they noted that my son has to have it by today and it wasn't. Not only was it not ready but they let they paperwork Sit on a desk all week! The lady's excuse was "we don't take your insurance " Never once attempted to notify us or the Dr. My son HAS to have it. At this point we would pay cash if we had to however that is not even an option because once again they did nothing! Saw the prescription, saw that they didn't take our insurance, and tossed the paperwork to the side.

We have had trouble with the respiratory department. They don't answer the phone, do not return messages, and when they finally did after 2 weeks, the girl that called was abrupt and rude. Unacceptable service.
