The whole experience was fast and the staff was very friendly and caring. I got the medicine that I needed and I felt much better the next day!

The customer service aspect was good, waiting time good, but the actual diagnosis, treatment and procedures during and following my daughter's visit was a joke. The radiologist never looked at the x-rays or called me to update. I had to call back up to the office to get confirmation on whether my daughter's arm was in fact broke. I called up there a few hours after our visit and was told "the provider says it's not broke". The provider was a PA, who said himself "I'm no radiologist". Having said that, he also told me before the x-ray that he would be surprised if it was NOT broke based on the amount of swelling and limited range of motion. I had also called the office before our visit to ensure they could possibly diagnose and treat a broken arm. I was told they could. Not having a radiologist available to examine the x-rays to give us an actual diagnosis is not what I expected.
We ended up going to the hospital the next day to have another round of painful x-rays done on my daughter's arm because they had to stretch it out on the table, and it was confirmed that her humerus was, in fact, BROKE. Thank God for mother's intuition and a second opinion. My daughter could have had lifelong issues based on your clinic's irresponsibility, lack of resources, and the incorrect diagnosis of a 'contusion.'
