Not a very happy customer. This was my second massage and seemed like the masseuse was not happy about her job. The first one wasn't great either. My husband gifted me the massage sessions so I ended up going twice. Else it's not my go to massage place. Sorry but today's massage was definitely not worth $50 bucks.

Long story short, this company basically stole $15 from us. These people do not know how to run a business or treat a customer right at all. As a christmas present I bought a giftcard for a couples massage. We scheduled our appointment for deep tissue massages. There was an extra fee for it, which was expected. $30, no big deal, we paid it. Day of the appointment we find out one therapist did not do deep tissue, and the other basically refused to do it. We both got the standard swedish massage, which was average, but not terrible. Afterwards, the front desk refused to give us the 30 dollars back, and we were told we could only get the money as credit. We weren't happy about it, but we accepted. A few months later another massage was scheduled to use the $30. To our surprise at the appointment, the $30 that was paid extra with CASH was expired even though there was NO EXPIRATION DATE written on the card. The best they said they could do was $15 credit, and we would have to pay the other $15. This company refused to give a cash refund because they hope to scam you out of the money later. They screened our calls and wouldn't answer the phone, and the owner refuses to talk. We wouldn't normally be this petty over $15, but they just totally refuse to listen to reason at all. It's the principal of it and BASIC ETHICS. My wife and I are both Doctors, and we both refer patients to massage therapy. We would not refer to this place if it were the only place in Hampton Roads. You're better off getting a $5 massage in a back alley, as you'll be less likely to have your money stolen for services not rendered.

My husband bought me a couples deep tissue massage and Swedish massage. I scheduled my appointment told them I had a certificate for those specific massages. When we arrived my husband decided to upgrade to a deep tissue and paid the additional $15 for it. When we were taken back both of us were told by our massage therapists that neither one of them did that and that they would tell the front desk to refund us. When we went back to the front after our massages, instead of just giving us our money back they said they would credit us which when I asked why couldn't we just get our money back since we paid for it and they took our money and did not give us that service, the front desk just shrugged and said that I could come back for something $30 or use it for another massage. I just sucked it up and accepted that I would have to come back to use my credit. I came back months later for another scheduled deep tissue massage, told the front desk I had credit going towards the fee, and went back for my massage. The masseuse was surprised she was there for a deep tissue and I asked if she did that; she did. So I had my massage and went to pay and they said that I only had half the amount on my "gift card" because it's expired 6 months after it was purchase but I told them that they had credited my account. I had the written card with the account number; what I didn't know was that it was labeled as a gift card even though no other information was filled out indicating this had an expiration. Long story short, they would not give me my full amount and I asked to speak to the manager and waited. She came and told me there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak with the owner and she said she could not give me that information and did not know when the owner is at either stores. So I paid and said I would like to have them call me in the next day or two to resolve this issue because I do not think this is good business to charge me for a service that I ordered, not give it to me, then not give me my money back. By day three I heard nothing so I called and left a message. No return call. So I call again the next day. No answer after two attempts. So I call with another number and I get an immediate answer. After which I was told that the owner doesn't think they are in the wrong and will not give me my money back. They also accused me of looking hostile on a video surveillance and tossing a pen on the counter. I asked if I could talk to the owner and they said they would tell the owner that I called but most likely wouldn't get called back. The manager, Jaime, then hung up on me. I know this is a long review, but I was livid on how management and customer service treated me. My husband and I refer a lot of patients to massage therapy however I will never send patients to this company due to how poorly they treat customers.

Nice atmosphere. I did the partial body wrap and don't think it's worth as much as they charge. I can do it myself and save $80. I expected the body wrap to be much different than what I experienced. Also, I was not informed to bring a change of underwear. I even explained when scheduling the appointment that doing the body wrap was my first time, and still nothing was mentioned. I'm hoping my husband had a better experience with getting a massage.
