O would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service was horrible. Jeloni was my cashier and had the worst attitude. This forever 21 also has super limited inventory compared to the one at mcarthur mall.

Store is not organized at all. There never is anyone working the floor. You get zero help. Customer service sucks. The layout of the store wasn't well thought out. Need to hire new employees. I always walk out of there never seeing anyone other than the cashiers.

the store is a mess and no one knows where anything is. i asked several associates on items and none had a clue at all. they need to actually train the workers and have them sort things out. the only thing sorted were the things on the wall and the $1.90 tank tops. also the clothes are crappy quality and you have to replace them after a month or so. they don't ask if you need help or greet you. i only gave a star because the dressing room woman was extremely nice.

Just left this store and the lines are wrapped twice... When I arrived I asked one of the associates if I needed to stand in line to pick a package up that was shipped to the store, the lady said yes (Caucasian young lady with white, pink, anf purple hair), at this time it's about 15-20 ppl in line... I was about to leave and come back another time but the fact that it took me 30 mins to get to the mall, I decided to wait... I reach the front of the line and I go to had the cashier my id so I may pick the package up, he yells out to the same young lady, that told I had to stand in line, and signals me to walk over to her, she's yelling across the 3 registers asking for my name, I show her the id and she can't even understand how to read an id, saying i don't which one is the last name... now I have a regular VA drivers license, so she walks to the back grabs my package and anothet very sweet lady check me out, all she did was scan the package and I was on my way... when I explained to her why I was upset with the customer svcs I recieved, she could not understand why the purple and pink hair lady sent me to stand in line when I didn't need to check out at the registers... so disappointed in this store, especially when I perfer to drive all the way out to shop in this location... forever 21 @Lynnhaven has failed me with the customer svc
