I live in Chesapeake and will actually drive past the location in Greenbrier to get to the Hilltop location. The food is better prepared and the staff is consistently the most service-oriented I've encountered in a fast food or fast casual location. They are not only personable, but they go out of their way to make me and my two young children feel comfortable and at ease. I can't give high enough praise to this location.

Saturday 11:30 am, this is my first and last experience with Qdoba. Using a Groupon, my son and I ordered our two entrees, both the chicken quesadilla/ 2 beef taco combos, with chips, queso dip and 2 drinks. The employee helping us seemed friendly, but did not offer all options for our food choices. Meaning, my son was never asked if he wanted anything more than cheese and chicken on his quesadilla. And that's what he got....a very boring quesadilla with small, dried chicken. One bite of the queso dip led me to promptly throw the rest in the trash. It was more of a watered down non-cheesy concoction that had bits of pepper floating around. The tacos were just fair, and again we were not offered all options to build our tacos. It is not often you regret eating a whole meal; I am wishing I hadn't indulged in the Qdoba menu. The star i have given this review is solely for the drink....the best part of the meal.

Better than Chipotle. Staff is always friendly and there's usually some kind of deal going on.

Great choices; different from every other mexican; quick service however employees get a little overwhelmed with larger groups of people; overall great place!
