Completely awful. Absolutely terrible service now. I don't know if there is a new owner or what. This used to be a great place to eat. I won't ever go back again. Waitress, manager and even owner didn't care about basic customer service.

Ran out of ground beef. Didn't bother to tell us up front when we were seated. They are supposed to be known for thier burgers and out of ground beef at 5:30. 👎🏻. Ordered carne Assad steak tacos instead..... What 💩. They asked how I wanted them and I said rare, came out well done and looked like Steak-ums just little pieces of chipped brown meat. Sent it back and the "chef" told the waitress what does he want me to do just give him raw meat (I keep saying meat because I can't call it steak and it was an open kitchen 30 feet away so I could hear them talking). I also ordered fries with my meal and they wre either re-fried or old grease, had to send them back too. should have taken the hint when we got there and the place was empty. Manager never bothered to come to the table and try and fix the problem, again just a 💩 Experience. By the way the 5 star ratings sound so fake on this it is sickening "Amanda is the best bar tender" 💩 When it is Amanda submitting it~~~~~. Just go to the Burger King down the street.

Learned about this place from groupon. Menu looked good, seafood,steak,tacos, pizza and burgers. The waitress was nice enough though didn't tell us until my husband ordered his burger that they were completely out of ground beef-burgers were 25% of what they offered. We opted for the Mahi and the carne asada tacos and my hubby still wanted fries too. The waitress asked how he wanted his steak-rare was his reply. The mahi tacos were delicious BUT my husbands steak was well done and the fries were way over cooked-where they are dark brown on the outside and there's almost no potato remnants on the inside. We informed the waitress who took it back to the head chef. We heard [bc it's an open kitchen to the dining area] as the chef proceeded to say to the waitress that it was impossible to get rare bc they are small pieces of steak and that unless we wanted raw meat on our tacos there was nothing he could do. We also heard multiple times how the chef and the other cook didn't want to be there and how slow it was in the restaurant. I was completely underwhelmed and actually returned my groupon bc by the time they took of my husbands food we didn't spend enough for it to be worthwhile. With this as a first impression we will NEVER come back.
