Converted KOA. The tent sites were close and clustered, not uncommon. But the low rating stems from the bathrooms. They were in serious need of a good deep scrubbing, toilets were disgusting, lights were out, showers non functional, they had not been cleaned during the time I was there but they were closed for cleaning the second day. But the water was hot.

My family has lived here for almost 8 years. Almost no drama, and the staff is amazing. Great pricing on space rental, cabin rental, and tent sure rental. Also a little general store full of goodies.

If you stay here be prepaired! Every square inch of this campground is crawling with huge black ant colonies. I got bit by what looked like ants with wings 5 times within 10 minutes. Bring bug spray! Other then that it was great

Shady Oasis... More like barely shaded roach and fly infested burning pit of fire just off the I-15 where there is a firing range conveniently located across the street. Wonderful green hue to the pool water (don't mind much was nice for the heat). Customer service was crappy as well, we got there 1pm and registration office closed and it said 12-5 cool. No ice, ice machine is broken, musty ass arcade room that hasn't been touched in years and no waste bins located any where. Spend the extra money go to a cheap motel.👎👎👎👎👎
