Black lady in the gray car is constantly on the phone when transporting you.
Then, that morning, a white male driver just made his own price of what to charge me. Charged me 30dollars to just get to work.

I called for a ride from the airport with the specific request for the driver be able to process a credit card for a business expenditure. The driver could only take cash and had no idea that I made that specific request. The dispatcher didn't inform him or have a plan to fix the problem until I was returning the call to cancel the service.
The two stars is because the driver was a nice guy and he was not at fault.

WORST SERVICE EVERRRRRR!!! FRFR ON MAY 26,2017 I CALLED FOR A TAXI AT APPROXIMATELY 6:20 AND IT'S NOW 7:09 AND STILL NO TAXI!!! SMH

I had a great experience. I had never used a taxi service in Valdosta before. Basil was my driver. He was very polite. The price was good. I thought that taxi service would be outrageous, but this company is actually reasonable prices. Very satisfied customer.
