This company has not let us know anything about our order it's been two hours and no calls. Worse service we've dealt with in valdosta. Would never recommend this comoany

The customer service is subpar for this business that is supposed to make ordering out a little more convenient. My order is usually incorrect and when I call to complain about it I always get a nonchalant attitude from whoever answers the phone and a crappy excuse as to why they can't refund my money. They don't call, email or text to let you know that the order is going to be late which is normally the case. This was the last straw for me with this company. I will not be using them again

CruzinWaiter was great! Customer service is top notch and the food quality was amazing! If you are in town and don't want to get out of the house or hotel they are the perfect option to feed the family!

I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know about the excellent service I had this evening. I'm a frequent customer (almost daily) and the driver that delivered my order (Scott) went above and beyond with his service. Upon delivering my order he returned to his vehicle and noticed a minor request I had on my order for the restaurant that they left out. Unprompted and unrequested he returned to the restaurant to pick up the missing item requested and contacted me as he was pulling in my drive way to let me know he was at my house. He was very polite and apologized for not catching it prior to my delivery. I just wanted to let everyone know about the excellent employees and customer service. I like to provide positive feedback when I have it. It's the attention to detail and great service that keeps me a loyal customer. Keep up the great work!
