Wanted us to put down one of our dogs because she wasn't responding. Went and got her and took her to our vet and she started doing better within 8 hours. Now 2 days later she is almost back to her normal self. This place is just a kill vet! They don't want to help. There main thing is always saying we can put the animal down. Will never use these ppl again!

Quick and caring service. Dr. Drost quickly diagnosed Cleo's problem. Staff called next day to check on her. Treatment is expensive, but it is for emergencies. I am very happy with this clinic.

I hate to leave a bad review after the INCREDIBLE care my female Boston received in February. Well this time around it was my male. He has been completely lethargic, wobbly, favoring and neurologically unresponsive to his back legs (didn't correct to inversion the vet done in office) with no trauma prior to the illness. He done an external check for pain (mind you I had given him something for pain prior to our arrival and told the doc that) he mentioned doing X-rays and blood work I agreed and then was informed that it probably wouldn't change his course of treatment even if they did. So I was sent home with pain pills and anti-inflammatorys but for what? We still don't know what's wrong with him.... I will return to the clinic but only after calling and making sure he isn't the doctor on duty. I was not impressed after driving an hour and half one way only to pretty much be told go to my regular vet in the morning. I hope he lives that long.

We brought my French bulldog in on Wednesday night after he swallowed a rawhide. They took X-rays and said they didn't see anything but recommended getting a endoscopy done with our normal vet. Paid them almost $400 for that information. The next day my dog is still vomiting, not eating or drinking. We take him to our normal vet and they rush him into emergency surgery after looking at his X-rays because they found the rawhide! $1000 later, they saved his life. No thanks to this clinic. How does an emergency clinic misread a simple X-ray? To top it off, they didn't water his food down enough while he stayed overnight and he continued to throw up after surgery. When we walked into the clinic to get him, a woman was crying because she was about to put her dog down, the woman behind the desk yelled out "are you here for the euthanasia?" Very harshly and like it was just another day. The staff is very insensitive and I would never trust my animal there again.

My Pomeranian mix got attacked by a snake she got blind on her left eye due to the bite :( , but I am extremely thankful with the stuff from this facility. They were the only pet clinic open on a Sunday! My dog is doing so much better after being treated. Her eye needs to be removed but I am glad she is still with me. I highly recommend this place I mean I drove 2 hours and I'm glad I did, worth the drive, the time, and money. Thank you so much!!!
