impressed at how they delivered to my motel within 35 minutes, but took off 2 stars because pizza was just OK and the fries were old, like greasy sticks with little potato. their delivery minimum is so fair, under $10! and wow they were so quick. however the fries were awful, hard, so not fresh and the pizza was just meh and wasn't hot but room temp. it's better than Dominos but that's not saying much.

Their Shreveport place had the best pizza around, before it closed. Food at the Tyler store was still pretty good, but not what we remembered. This applies anywhere: pizza is best eaten hot. Cool pizza on a buffet at noon drops my rating by one star.

I love Mazzios but the people that work here are terrible. Delivery always takes forever and your pizza is usually delivered late and cold. I've currently been waiting an hour and a half after being told 45 minutes..
