I have been under the V.A. health care system for only about 3 years. In that time I have had no complaints at all & am grateful for the care I have received here.

I think the ENTIRE staff there do a tremendous job considering their constant shortage of personnel. They do a fantastic job, especially considering the number of patients that they are responsible for on a daily basis.

The clinicians there are mostly good, but the clerical staff SUCKS. They are poorly trained, have lousy attitudes, and generally are more concerned with their own coffee breaks and staff meetings than they are with taking care of veterans. The only bright spot on that staff is a male who works the reception desk. The females and the male clinic director are horrible.
